Fire Station Tour

We had our annual Fire Station Tour this week.  This is always a huge hit with the kids!

First they showed the kids a video about fire safety.

J.P. and L.C. are ready with their cameras while A.T. was busy snuggling her sweet baby.

The kids got to borrow the fire fighter's comfy chairs for the movie.

One of the fire fighters showed the kids how to "Stop, drop, and roll!" and picked a helper to demonstrate.

Then we continued the tour in the bunks, weight room, and kitchen where the moms got a lesson on putting out grease fires and how to use a fire extinguisher.

A.D. and A. S with some of the kids in the kitchen.

E.C. and her little one.

P.C. and her sweet boy.

J.M. with her boys and B.B. with her little cutie.

A.T., A.D., and A.S. and lots of the kiddos.

Next we got to go out to the garage and the firefighters taught the kids how their gear works and explained how they would search for the kids in case of a real fire. They also got to climb in the fire truck.  They were really into it!

T.L., J.P., and A.T. with the attentive kids.

So cute!
