Holiday Boutique

Thank you for your interested in ICCC MOPS Holiday Boutique! This year’s boutique will be on Saturday, November 18th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  

The Fall Boutique is sponsored by ICCC MOPS and is one of our main fundraisers to help support mothers of preschoolers. If you wish to participate, please read through the following information, complete the registration form, and submit payment.

Event Details

The Fall Boutique will be held Saturday, November at 18th Indian Creek Community Church. Vendors will have 5 hours of prime selling time (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).  Set-up will begin on Saturday morning at 8:00 am, and booth removal must be completed by 3:00 pm.

Vendors

The Fall Boutique will consist of retailers, small businesses, and individuals selling merchandise and/or services.  Only one vendor may sell a particular brand of merchandise (i.e. Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc).  However, vendors may offer similar items (i.e. jewelry, purses, candles, etc.).  These types of vendors will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. As soon as the first vendor’s check is received for a particular brand, that merchandise spot will be filled.  All other checks will be returned. If you would like to check if a merchandise spot is available, please contact Caroline Wise at indiancreekmops@gmail.com.

Cost

Booth: Each booth will receive one 5' round table.  If you think you will need multiple tables, please purchase two booth spaces.  If you would prefer to provide your own table, please make a note on your vendor application.

$30/booth

Final Paid Registration Due: November 1st, 2017

Vendor Raffle Donation (optional)

In order to promote your business and your products, we will have a table set up in the entry area with a raffle. Shoppers will have a sneak peek at who is participating and what products they can buy.  Your business name will be posted next to your item.  Shoppers and vendors will be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win these items.

Saturday Set-up/Tear-Down Time

Set-Up: 8:00 am
Tear-Down: 3:00 pm

Vendor Responsibility

• Providing your own table coverings and signage
• Ensuring your table is staffed during the 5 selling hours
• Vendor donation for raffle (optional)

PayPal: (Includes additional $2.50 PayPal fee.)

Fall Family Photo Mini Sessions

Select one of our four fabulous photographers and receive 3-5 shots of your family for $45. That's a steal! 

All photo sessions will take place at Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park. Please meet at the gazebo there, and arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your photo session. Each session lasts 15 minutes. 

To sign up, complete two tasks (1) Register using the SignUpGenius links below. (2) Pay using the "Buy Now" link below. You will be charged $47.50 ($45 for the photos and $2.50 for the PayPal fee). Please pay within 24 hours of signing up or your spot will be released.
