Vendor Registration is now FULL for the Third Annual Indian Creek MOPS Holiday Boutique!!

Event Details- The  Holiday Boutique will be held Saturday, November 7th. Vendors will have 4 hours of prime selling time (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.).  Set-up can begin on Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. and booth removal must be completed by 2:00 p.m. 

Marketing-
  •          Social Media
  •          Flyers distributed to ICCC members & guests
  •          Lawn Signage
  •          Craigslist 
  •          On-line community calendars (ie. KC parent, Visit KC, Life885, Macaroni Kid, kctv5, etc)
  •          Flyers distributed to area businesses & preschools
  •          Word of mouth!!

Vendors- The Boutique will consist of retailers, small businesses, and individuals selling merchandise and/or services. Only one vendor may sell a particular brand of merchandise (i.e Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc). However, vendors may offer similar items (i.e. jewelry, purses, candles, etc.). These types of vendors will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you sell merchandise like Mary Kay, etc., as soon as the first vendor’s payment is received, that merchandise spot will be filled.

Vendor Donation (optional)-  In order to promote your business and your products, we will have a table set up in the entry area where shoppers will have a sneak peek at who is participating and what products they can buy. Your business name will be posted next to your item. Shoppers and vendors will be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win these items.

Vendor Responsibility-

  • Providing your own table coverings and signage
  • Ensuring your table is staffed during the 4 prime selling hours
  • Vendor Donation (optional)

Costs-    $25/booth (non-refundable)

Booth Space-  Each booth space is large enough for ONE 5' round table with 2 chairs OR up to ONE 8' table. If you think you will need multiple tables, please purchase two booth spaces. Chairs and one 5' round table are included in the vendor fees.  Vendors may choose to provide their own rectangular table or clothing racks to fit within the provided space.
